A pair of small sculptures from The Hemochrome Collection. This piece was developed through repeated translation between drawing and clay. With each iteration, detail is reduced; leaving a more controlled, simplified form. The work draws on internal bodily systems, referencing autonomous structures that operate without conscious input. It sits between vessel and sculpture. Not intended for use, but to exist in space, considered in relation to light, surface, and the body moving around it.
