The year is 3025. Transhumanist scientists have been successful in creating new organs from human DNA. They are hyper-efficient and combine processes to save space inside the body for other upgrades. Humans now are all cyborgs, using technology as an integral aid to progression. The outside is still recognisable as human, but the inside is a meld of technology and flesh.
